I am a registered social worker and therapist situated on the unceded territories of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ speaking peoples, colonially recognized as Victoria, BC. I provide online psychotherapy services to teens (aged 16 and above), and adults throughout British Columbia and Ontario. My practice focuses on supporting trauma survivors, adults with ADHD/ADD, and People of the Global Majority (BIPOC).

I hold advanced training in AEDP, EMDR, EFT, and ego-state therapy.
